Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any equipment?

No, the only thing I would really recommend is a yoga mat. However, if you don’t have one, you can use a thick carpet instead. If you feel very stiff, you can always have a chair, thick books, or yoga blocks nearby, or use pillows for certain exercises to enhance relaxation and support.

Is it ok to be a complete beginner at Yoga or Pilates?

Yes, you will have options for every exercise, ranging from complete beginner to intermediate. However, this program is primarily tailored to beginners and newcomers to help them become familiar with the training method.

I am a dressage rider, is this suitable for me?

Yes this challenge is designed for any rider of any discipline working on the basics every rider should have.

Will I still have access to the videos after these 7 days?

No, after these 7 days are finished, the videos will be available until Wednesday morning. After that, you will lose free access, as they are normally only available to paying members of the Equi Yoga app

Do I need to start a free trial and give my creditcard info to access this challenge?

No, you will only need to share your email address when creating your login for the app and online platform.
